What does a typical day look like at S.Antonio Aged Care?
It’s structured yet flexible, with routines that support wellness and activities that inspire joy. Here’s how we create a meaningful rhythm for our residents:

Morning Warmth
Residents begin the day with a nutritious breakfast and personal care routines supported by staff. Mornings often include gentle exercise classes, music, or time in the garden.
Midday Connection
A hearty lunch brings everyone together. Afterward, some residents enjoy quiet time, reading, or napping, while others join group activities like bingo, crafts, or reminiscence sessions.
Afternoon Variety
This is often the most active part of the day, with social visits, therapy sessions, or spiritual services. We also host visiting entertainers and community guests.
Evening Comfort
Dinner is served in a calm, homelike setting. Afterwards, residents wind down with TV, music, or one-on-one time with staff before bed.
Each day is guided by respect, care, and the goal of creating moments of purpose and connection.
